Friends, they are the "bestest" creation of nature, & I consider myself very lucky, for being blessed with wonderful friends, who love me, take care of me, pamper me sometimes and piss me off as well. So, I thought while I am going to write about something or the other here, why not let it be an ode to one of my best friends. As I said, most of my good friends, the real close ones, take care of me and blah blah blah, but this friend here I am going to write about does not do anything like that, instead, its me who takes care of it, looks after it, and you can very well have my word on it that I love it.
This special friend of mine, my dad bought it for me. No, I am not talking any pet animal or a stuffed one for that matter. The first time I got this friend of mine was when i was 1 and a half.
OK! So, I know you're confused. But hang on for a li'l longer before I actually name my friend. I buy this friend of mine, used to buy it almost every 6 months when I was younger and have been using the same one for last 3 years. The first time I wrote about this friend of mine was when I was in the 8th grade and my friend's dad asked me to write a poem about it. It was then that I first considered the possibilities of considering "you" as a friend and not an inanimate object.
So, now that you'll all already know its an object, let me tell you that I am talking about my dear school bag. I know the idea is wacky but then what in the world isnt ? My school bag is one of my friends, its got graffiti all over it, they're my thoughts, so in a way my bag shouts out my personality my inner self, it knows me and flaunts the fact that it knows me. It helps me best, carrying my books, certificates and a whole lot of stuff beginning right from scissors to deodrant to my cell phone etc etc etc....
Its precious to me and thats why I thought why not pay homage to one of the greatest creations of the world ever. Love you :)
haha so sweet!! now go click the pic of ya special friend and show me ;-)
